Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your day of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund. If you would like to return your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and write RETURN on the subject line. Assuming your item meets the requirements below, we will email you a return shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
1. Unused (since received) and in the same condition it was received.
2. It must also be in the original packaging with the packing slip.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for lost returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

At this time we do not exchange items. If you want to exchange an item, return the original within 21 days of purchasing for a full refund and purchase the new item.
